During this intentional session, Lauren will connect with your guides and Team of Light:

Connection 1: Your PHYSICAL Body. How is your body doing and what does it need? What does it have to say? Are there any requests or flags that need attention? Get the guidance necessary to optimize your physical body.

Connection 2: Your MENTAL Body. What question(s) do you have? Let us show you the structure that unlocks the codes of your knowledge. Gnosis. We all have gifts - what are yours? Get the support you need to gain clarity in your mental body.

Connection 3: Your EMOTIONAL Body. You feel everything… now, how can you manage those emotions better? The root of your wounding is the place where the alchemization of your earth quest comes to fruition. Check in with your higher self to balance your emotional body.

Connection 4: Your SPIRITUAL Body. What are you remembering? Who told you that you were anything less than magical? You are on earth with a whole team supporting you.
